We ensure all of our new patients feel welcome, safe, and taken care of. During your first visit, Dr. Ford will review your condition and past medical history. For diagnosis, she will examine your spine and/or area of concern and then she will explain an individualized treatment plan. Dr. Ford will treat you the same day as your initial evaluation.
At this time Dr. Ford is only accepting Medicare, however she would be happy to provide you with the proper paperwork so that you may submit the claim to your insurance company.
Due to limited accessibility, Dr. Ford can be mobile and she may travel to you. Please reach out to make arrangements if needed.
Pricing:
Initial Visit: $75
Follow up visits: $50
